I have been involved with OPA for over 15 years as a member of the Board of Directors and as an OPA instructor.
I have taught numerous course involving various types of Parks equipment and the promotion of Parks safety.
I have over 33 years of experience in Parks and Recreation working for the City of Toronto where I have been involved in the development of Parks and Recreation training. Working with the OPA has been a very rewarding experience and I truly enjoy training staff from various municipalities and organizations across the province. If there is one thing that I would promote, it is that training is important so everyone can working safely. Accidents happen in seconds and we want everyone to go home at the end of the work day.
