HOLIDAY FRUIT CRISP
Ready in 1 hour
Serves 4-6 people
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease a 9x11 baking dish.
Layer in apples, pears and cranberries.
In a medium bowl combine oats, sugar, bran, flax seed, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cut in the butter until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit.
Place baking dish on the middle rack and bake for 50 minutes or until fruit is bubbling.
Allow it to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
